Submission Guideline
Please read all guidelines carefully before submitting your paper to ICEBA 2026.

Manuscript Preparation
- Papers must be written in English.
- Use the official ICEBA 2026 template (available on the Templates page).
- Full paper length: 4–6 pages including figures, tables, and references.
- All figures and tables must be clear, high-resolution, and properly captioned.
- References should follow IEEE citation style.

Originality & Ethics
- Submitted work must be original and not previously published.
- Simultaneous submission to other venues is not permitted.
- All listed authors must have contributed substantially to the work.
- AI-generated content must be disclosed in the paper.
- Plagiarism of any form will result in immediate rejection.

Review Process
- All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers.
- Authors should anonymise their manuscripts before submission.
- Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection by the stated deadline.
- Accepted papers must be revised according to reviewer comments.
- A camera-ready version must be submitted by the final deadline.

Publication & Presentation
- Accepted papers will be published in the ICEBA 2026 proceedings.
- Outstanding papers will be recommended for partner journals (Scopus/WoS-indexed or recognized Vietnamese journals, depending on topic and quality).
- At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference.
- Papers without a registered presenter will be removed from the proceedings.
- Presentations may be in-person or online (hybrid format).
