We invite researchers, scholars, and industry professionals to submit their latest research results in engineering, physics, and biosensors.
Topics of Interest

Submission Guidelines
Abstract Submission
- Abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed 300 words.
- Please define clearly the objective, methodology, results, and conclusion of the work.
- Include 4-6 keywords.
- Author names and affiliations must be clearly indicated.
Full Paper Submission
- Full papers should be between 4-6 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
- Follow the IEEE conference format (double column).
- Files must be submitted in PDF format.
Indexed Publication Opportunities (Scopus/WoS)
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Selected high-quality papers will be recommended for submission to extended versions in indexed journals (Scopus/WoS), including:
- (1)Physical Society of Taiwan (Chinese Journal of Physics) Special Issue (Q2), Taiwan
- (2)IEEJ Transactions on Electrical and Electronic Engineering on ICEBA (Scopus, Q3), Japan (publication fee)
- (3)Proceeding of ICEBA2026 (Book chapter of Springer, in process) (publication fee)
- (4)Vietnamese journal (will be updated)
